Food Technical Services offer confidential advice, support, mentoring, project management, part time technical management and training services to the food industry.

Our services include assistance with: factory design, process and product design/development, food safety, food quality, hygiene systems, Food labelling, Export and customer / 3rd party approval and certification, also training in HACCP / food safety / manufacturing.

Our aim is to enable our clients to meet the requirements of their customers, potential customers and legislators, to widen access to a broader market and increase business opportunities. 

The business was founded in 2007 by Food Industry Technical specialist (Food Technologist) Ian Meek who began operating in the industry in the mid 1980s. The Inverness based business has a well established network of specialist support and a client list in excess of 230 businesses across Britain, Ireland and beyond.
